Three ingredients! That’s it! When I wake up in the morning my eyes are half-closed and only 1 brain cell is functioning 😉 so I wanted to keep it simple. And by doing so I have created something simply delish!
It is less than 200 calories (177 to be precise) yet has 21.8 g of protein to help get my metabolism rocking with 9.0 g of fiber to sustain me.
- 125 ml skim milk
- 140 g unsweetened raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 18 g protein beverage mix (I used Dyna Whey Iced Cappuccino)
- Put all the ingredients into a Magic Bullet or whatever blender-type product you have at home.
- Put the lid on.
- Whiz until desired consistency is obtained.
